ABOUT THESE CARDS:

The Impulse Management procedure is to be printed on one side and the Levels of Development on the reverse side. The Impulse Management procedure has been found to be amazingly effective as a reminder to redirect impulsivity. The Levels of Development serve to differentiate between internal and external motivation. The cards serve as excellent visual reminders to reflect on the chosen behavior level or motivation level AND to reduce impulsivity.
